Youth: The future is in your hands
"The times are grave, challenges too urgent, and stakes too high." Now the trumpet summons young men and women to fight the common enemy: the designs of Gomukha Vyagras, Poothanis. Young men and women who are not bound by the traditions of Congress culture are summoned Fight the culture of the marauders, thugs, conquerors, converters and colonizers who treated India as a rented car. In the history of the world, no one has ever washed a rented car, said Larry Summers, former President of Harvard University. It is true of countries as well."
Future beckons to young men and women who can cast off the old slogans and dynasties. Time demands courage, not complacency; leadership not salesmanship.
The torch should be passed to new generation born during the past 35 years who are proud of our ancient majestic glory. The energy, the faith, the devotion which the youth brings to this endeavour will light our nation and all who serve it. And the youth will serve to generate glow that would penetrate the life of every one - child or grown-up, young or old, powerful or powerless. The glow from that fire can truly light the whole of India.
The late Robert Kennedy said, "each time a man stands up for an ideal or acts to improve the lots of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centres of energy and daring those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest wall of oppression and resistance."
Youth will be dared to take charge of the future. Future belongs to the youth; future lies with the youth; future is determined by the youth; youth shall define the goal to create an environment where the society will be worth living.
Therefore 65% of the seats in the Parliament shall be for the young men and women under 35 years of age. Fifty (50%) percent of all the seats shall be reserved for women.
